What to expect at your NT Consultation

Every client journey is unique, but it helps to know what lies ahead. Here's how we'll work together – from our first conversation to ongoing support tailored to your goals.

Prior to your initial session

We’ll begin with a free discovery call – a relaxed conversation to explore your goals, challenges, and whether we’re a good fit.

If you choose to move forward, you’ll book your preferred package. You will then receive a new client questionnaire, food diary, and health & symptom questionnaire to complete before your first session. This gives me a more comprehensive picture of your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms so we can make the most of our time together.

The initial session

During this 60–90 minute session, we’ll take a deeper dive into your personal history and current health. We’ll explore your current symptoms, health concerns, medical history, and any medications or supplements you may be taking. We’ll also review your food and symptom diary to build a clearer picture of you and your day-to-day routines.

Together, we’ll identify key areas to focus on and begin shaping a plan that’s realistic, achievable, and completely tailored to you. Collaboration is central to this process - my role is to guide and support you, not to overwhelm you. That means all recommendations are designed to work with your lifestyle, not against it.

Within 3 working days of our session, you’ll receive a detailed, personalised recommendation plan. This plan will include ant discussed dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, as well as information on ant testing options we may have discussed during our session. Supporting resources like handouts, meal ideas, or habit trackers may also be included, where relevant.​

Follow-up sessions

These 30–45 minute sessions are typically spaced around four weeks apart, giving you time to put your personalised plan into practice and notice how it’s working for you.

We’ll use this time to review your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and build on what’s going well. Your plan will be refined based on your experiences, feedback, and any new information that’s come to light.

Our work together is always collaborative and flexible — we’ll continue to move at a pace that feels right for you, adapting the approach as your needs and goals evolve.
