Disclaimer

As a CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of BANT, I adhere to their professional standards and code of conduct. My services provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance but do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer:
I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
If you have a health concern, I recommend you consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment, please discuss any nutritional advice with your GP before making changes to your diet or supplements.
I will refer clients with red flag symptoms (potential serious health conditions) to their healthcare provider as needed.

Client Acknowledgement:
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and is not a substitute for medical care.
The benefits of nutritional therapy may vary between individuals.
You are responsible for informing your GP or healthcare provider about any dietary changes or supplements you may take as part of your programme.
You will provide accurate health information to ensure that the recommendations provided are appropriate and safe.
Consultations must not be recorded without prior written consent.

Confidentiality & Data Protection:
Personal information is stored securely and handled in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
No data will be shared without consent, except in cases where there is a risk of significant harm to you or others.

Consultations for Under-18s:
Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the consultation.

Supplements & Functional Testing:
Supplements or tests may be recommended as part of your nutritional therapy programme.
Commissions may apply to certain products or tests, but you are free to purchase these from any supplier of your choice.

Complaints:
If any issues cannot be resolved directly with me, you may contact CNHC at info@cnhc.org.uk for further support and guidance.

Nutritional Therapy Overview:
Nutritional Therapy applies nutrition and lifestyle science to promote health and wellbeing. It is a personalised, evidence-based approach, recognised as a complementary therapy, suitable for both chronic conditions and general wellness support.

I may collaborate with other medical professionals, referring clients when necessary and ensuring nutritional therapy complements, rather than replaces, any medical care.
